Welcome

You're a Member

You're in. There's nothing else to do to be a member of this church.

No dues, no probation, no committee deciding whether you're worthy. You asked to join and you're joined. That's how it works here and it isn't going to change.

What membership gives you is access — to teaching, to community, to ministers you can actually reach, and to a path you can walk at whatever pace is yours. Some people move through it in months. Some sit with the first part for a year. Both are fine.

What membership does not give you is automatic access to ceremony. That's a separate door, and it has a key, and the key is a conversation with people who are responsible for your safety. We'll get to that.

For now: welcome. Look around. Nothing here expires.

How to Reach a Person

This is a church, not an app. There are people here.

For anything ordinary — a question, a scheduling problem, something you read that you want to talk through — reply to any message we send you, or use the contact page. Someone reads those.

If you or someone you know is in crisis, call or text 988 - the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline. Free, and staffed around the clock by people trained for exactly this. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911. For anything urgent that isn't an emergency, call the church at 866-535-8846. You'll reach our answering system - leave your details and a minister will call you back.

We mean this. People don't use it enough and then tell us afterward that they didn't want to bother anyone. Bother us. That's the job.
